Victory Part I: Patience is a Virtue

I bring news to those that care to read this. Minus major edits and a possible reformat of the entire book, it's finished. I however, have stopped dreaming. So, without those to rely on, the next book should prove interesting to write to say the least. Any insight on where I should go for a publisher or...seven. (I hear its good to keep your options open just incase you get turned down multiple times.) Send me an E-mail. Though, now that it's over. How long will it take? For I am still under the notion that once the book is finished entirely, I will know where to find her. Call me what you will, but I have nothing else to go off of. Except for a timespan given to me by a woman that betrayed me almost a year ago.

...

When stars explode and those that control the flow of air have you surrounded by clouds and a gentle rainfall covers your entire body, why is it that all you can think about is her? The one you think you should have found by now. The one that will eventually be yours no matter what anyone else thinks. What I said before was true..."For you my love I would stop the world from ending. I would drown the sun in the shadow of the sky so that we may sleep next to each other a little while longer. And if in fact the stolen lullaby was yours, I wish to find it again for the sanity your voice brought me kept my nightmares at bay." And since then I've stopped dreaming. What happens when you no longer dream? Does that mean it's truly over? That perhaps one day soon I will find the one I've been looking for all these years? Could the legion of the sky that has kept me safe all these years be fading? And if so, does this mean I'm one step closer to finding her?

Too many questions for one that thinks too much. I need you now more than ever. Hold me so the sun never rises, and time itself stands still, so that I can relive what its like to get lost in your eyes over and over again.

Haha, no problem man, I figured that's what it was. I think I finally figured out how to put the war into text, though I should tell you, it'll be mighty interesting. We'll see how it plays out. Thanks for being so possitive for me boss, you've been quite a big help. Take care.
